The attachment to the FSBSI ‘IEM’ of persons for the preparation of a dissertational research for the Ph.D. degree without mastering the programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel at the IEM postgraduate school is carried out in accordance with the regulatory acts: Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2014 No. 248 ‘On the Procedure and Deadline for Attaching Persons to Prepare a Thesis for the Degree of Candidate of Sciences without Mastering the Programs for Training Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel at the Postgraduate School’ Regulations on attaching persons to prepare a dissertation for the Ph.D. degree of without mastering programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel at the graduate school at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Institute of Experimental Medicine’ (FSBSI ‘IEM’) Attachment for the preparation of a dissertational research is carried out at the FSBSI ‘IEM’ in the following scientific specialties: 03.01.04 – Biochemistry (medical sciences, biological sciences); 03.03.01 – Physiology (medical sciences, biological sciences); 03.03.04 – Cell biology, Cytology, Histology (medical sciences, biological sciences); 03.14.03 – Pathological physiology (medical sciences, biological sciences) 03.14.06 – Pharmacology, Clinical pharmacology (biological sciences). Persons with a higher education, confirmed by a specialist or master’s diploma, can be attached for the preparation of a dissertational research without mastering postgraduate programs. The attachment of persons for the preparation of the dissertational research is carried out for a period not exceeding 3 years. Research assistants of the FSBSI ‘IEM’, performing dissertational research within the framework of planned research, are attached to prepare a dissertational research free of charge. The attachment for the preparation of the thesis of persons who are not employees of the FSBSI ‘IEM’` is carried out on a paid basis. Regulations on paid educational services Tuition fees for educational programs Acceptance of documents required for consideration of the issue of attachment for the preparation of a dissertational research is carried out twice a year, according to the schedule of meetings of the attachment commission. Documents are submitted to the Department of Training Highly Qualified Personnel and international scientific projects. The attached person, within the established time limits, submits to the director a personal application for attachment for the preparation of a dissertational research, which indicates the name of the scientific specialty for which the attached person intends to prepare the research, and its code in accordance with the nomenclature; contact information: postal address, telephone number, e-mail address; method of informing about the progress of consideration of the issue of attachment. Documents attached to the application: a) a copy of the identity document;
b) a copy of a specialist’s or master’s diploma and annex to it;
c) a list of published (including co-authorship) scientific works and (or) obtained patents (certificates) for a utility model, patents for an industrial design, patents for breeding achievements, certificates for programs for electronic computers, databases, topology of integrated circuits registered in the prescribed manner, signed by the attaching person (if any);
d) a petition of the head of the scientific department, to which the person is attached to prepare the dissertational research, indicating the topic of the dissertation and the scientific supervisor;
e) the consent of the supervisor to supervise the dissertational research and the conclusion of the supervisor based on the results of the interview with the attached person.

Attachment for passing the Ph.D. exams

The attachment to the FSBSI ‘IEM’ of persons for passing the Ph.D. exams without mastering the programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel at the postgraduate school is carried out in accordance with the regulatory acts: Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2014 No. 247 ‘On approval of the procedure for attaching persons for passing Ph.D. exams, passing Ph.D. exams and their list’ Regulations on passing the Ph.D. exams at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Institute of Experimental Medicine’ (FSBSI ‘IEM’) The attachment to the FSBSI ‘IEM’ of persons for passing the Ph.D. exams is carried out by their enrollment in the organization as external students for passing intermediate certification. Persons with a higher education, confirmed by a specialist or master’s diploma, are attached for the passing of Ph.D. exams.
The attachment for passing the Ph.D. exams is carried out for a period not exceeding six months. Research assistants of the FSBSI ‘IEM’, performing dissertational research within the framework of planned research, are attached to pass the Ph.D. exams free of charge. Individuals who are not research assistants of the FSBSI ‘IEM’ are assigned for passing the Ph.D. exams on a paid basis. • a copy of the identity document of the attached person;
• copies of the diploma of higher education and annexes ;
• certificate of passed Ph.D. exams (if there are any).
The identity document and the original diploma of graduation from a higher education institution are presented by the person who is personally attaching when submitting documents.
