The Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution ‘Institute of Experimental Medicine’ (FSBSI ‘IEM’), in accordance with the license for educational activities No. 1558 of the 14th of  July, 2015 and state accreditation No. 1956 of the 24th of May, 2016, implements educational activities in the basic professional educational programs of higher education, which are programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies in the areas of training highly qualified personnel 06.06.01 Biological sciences and 30.06.01 Fundamental Medicine, as well as basic professional educational programs of higher education – training programs for highly qualified personnel in the IEM residency in specialties 08.31. Cardiology and 31.08.42 Neurology. For the implementation of educational activities in the structure of the FSBSI ‘IEM’ a specialized structural educational unit has been created – the Department for Training highly qualified personnel and international scientific projects.    The main working aim of the Department includes: organization and implementation of the educational process in accordance with all federal state educational standards; control over the implementation of curriculum and individual plans by graduate students, residents and applicants; organization, planning and control of compliance with the rules of competitive admission to graduate school and residency, entrance examinations, certification; organization and conducting of examinations of minimum requirements for the Ph.D degree; preparation of educational documents, certificates of passing the candidate’s minimum, providing consultative and informational and methodological assistance to applicants, graduate students, residents and applicants for academic degrees.
